����� 194.425 Disposition of moneys. All moneys received by the Secretary of State under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the Operating Account under ORS 56.041. [2013 c.219 �48 (enacted in lieu of 194.700)]

����� 194.435 Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and construing this chapter, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to the subject matter of this chapter among states that enact the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts. ����� 194.440 Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, this chapter modifies, limits and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.

����� (2) This chapter does not:

����� (a) Modify, limit or supersede section 101(c) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001(c); or
