����� (d) Reduce maximum timelines for review of needed housing or specific types of housing or affordability levels, through ministerial approval or any other expedited existing approval process.

����� (e) Take specific actions to waive or amend local ordinances.

����� (f) Forfeit grant funds under subsection (4) of this section.

����� (7) The commission may institute actions or proceedings for legal or equitable remedies in the Circuit Court for Marion County or in the circuit court for the county to which the order is directed or within which all or a portion of the applicable city is located to enforce compliance with the provisions of any order issued under this section or to restrain violations thereof. Such actions or proceedings may be instituted without the necessity of prior agency notice, hearing or order on an alleged violation.
