109.460, the registry shall process each affidavit in an attempt to match the adoptee, the birth parent, the alleged genetic parent, the genetic siblings, the progeny of a deceased adoptee, a deceased genetic sibling of an adoptee or a deceased birth parent of an adoptee, the adoptive parent of a deceased adoptee or the parents or adult sibling of a deceased birth parent. The processing shall include research from agency records, and if necessary from court records, to determine whether the registrants match.
